Valentines For Veterans

Angelika Walker, who does publicity for the Rosetown Legion branch, poses on Friday with a sign board of valentines which arrived here earlier that day. Valentines For Veterans, a program Walker had never heard of, has schoolchildren from across Canada make and send valentines to veterans, including some unique ones (inset). They were just in time for Valentine’s Day on Saturday.
