Remember When: Spring runoff in 1974

Spring has (hopefully) sprung in the Rosetown area, bringing with it plenty of puddles around town. In this photo, spring runoff pools in the drainage ditch at the north end of Young Street, where the flood gates can be seen, in the early spring of 1974.
