Position Overview

Rosetown Golf Club is seeking a hands-on Clubhouse Manager to lead day-to-day clubhouse operations for the 2026 season. This salaried leadership role requires regular on-site presence, direct staff management, and active involvement in daily operations. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Staff Scheduling & Labour Control

  • Staff Leadership

  • Member & Guest Experience

  • Operations & Cash Control

  • Events & Tournaments

  • Administration

  • Coordination with Superintendent

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, or golf club management experience

  • Proven ability to manage staff schedules and labour budgets

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work a flexible, seasonal schedule
