WE ARE HIRING! HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRUCK TRANSPORT TECHNICIAN
Mid Plains Diesel is hiring a HEAVY EQUIPMENT TRUCK TRANSPORT TECHNICIAN.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of heavy equipment, machinery, truck and trailer equipment as well as other hydraulic and diesel or gas powered systems.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
Perform engine overhauls, transmission repairs, brake service, and hydraulic system maintenance.
Use diagnostic tools and software (OEM or aftermarket) to troubleshoot fault codes and performance issues.
Must possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, be proficient in reading schematics, using diagnostic software, operating specialized tools and hold the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Completion of a heavy equipment/truck transport apprenticeship or trade certification preferred.
