Town of Rosetown Summer Employment Opportunities

TOWN OF ROSETOWN 2026 SWIMMING POOL STAFF

The Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for Pool Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Lifeguard/Instructor, Junior Lifeguard/Instructor and Shadow Guard positions at the Rosetown Leisure Aquatic Centre (RLAC). All RLAC positions include shift work and work on weekends & holidays. The RLAC is in operation from late May to late August. Some staff will be asked to assist with pool preparations in May. There will be staff involvement with registration night and a staff orientation as well prior to pool opening. All staff must provide copies of certifications and must pass a criminal record check prior to employment.

TOWN OF ROSETOWN | ROSETOWN TOURISM CENTRE 2026 TOURISM CENTRE STAFF

The Town of Rosetown, on behalf of Rosetown Tourism Incorporated, is now accepting applications for (1) Manager, (1) Assistant Manager, and Rosetown Experience Guide positions at the Tourism Centre in Rosetown. All Tourism positions include shift work and work on some weekends and holidays. The Tourism Centre is in operation from May to August. Duties include: customer service, visitor engagement, inventory control and ordering, book-keeping, office maintenance, light yard maintenance, event planning, fundraising, and social media marketing. A competitive wage is available. Safe Food Handlers course is a bonus but not required. Please note: upon hiring the candidate will be expected to submit a Criminal Record Check.

ROSETOWN COMMUNITY YOUTH PROJECT PROGRAMMER / COORDINATOR

The RCYP Committee is accepting applications for two (2) positions as RCYP Fun Squad Coordinators. These Coordinators will deliver summer programming for Participants 10-15 years of age in the community of Rosetown.The positions would start in May/2026; exact date to be determined. In May and June, the staff would work as Program Assistants with the Town of Rosetown Parks and Recreation Department and would also be planning and preparing for the Fun Squad summer program. Programming with the children and youth would start at the beginning of July. A competitive wage is available. The successful candidate will need a valid driver’s license. Candidates must be willing to take First Aid & CPR training if they are not already certified. Please note: upon hiring the candidate will be expected to submit a completed Criminal Record Check.

TOWN OF ROSETOWN PARKS AND RECREATION 2026 SUMMER STAFF

The Parks & Recreation Department is looking for summer staff as follows: Seasonal Full-time position. This is a Parks & Recreation Summer Laborer Positions. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Please note: Upon hiring candidates will be expected to submit a completed Criminal Record Check.
