Full Time Accounting & Administrative Clerk
Luseland Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Accounting & Administrative Clerk to support our finance and accounting function while providing important administrative support to the credit union.
Key responsibilities include:
General ledger entries & reconciliations
Accounts payable processing
Month-end support (accruals, balancing, adjusting entries)
Registered account reporting support
Review daily trial balance entries
Standardized reporting and documentation support
Gather information as requested by internal and external auditors
What you bring:
Grade 12 diploma
Post-secondary education in an accounting-related field plus 1-3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination)
Strong attention to detail and time management
Working knowledge of GL entry, accounting systems & Microsoft 365
Proficiency with accounting terminology
Credit union/financial services experience is an asset
