Full Time Accounting & Administrative Clerk

Luseland Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Accounting & Administrative Clerk to support our finance and accounting function while providing important administrative support to the credit union.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General ledger entries & reconciliations

  • Accounts payable processing

  • Month-end support (accruals, balancing, adjusting entries)

  • Registered account reporting support

  • Review daily trial balance entries

  • Standardized reporting and documentation support

  • Gather information as requested by internal and external auditors

What you bring:

  • Grade 12 diploma

  • Post-secondary education in an accounting-related field plus 1-3 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination)

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Working knowledge of GL entry, accounting systems & Microsoft 365

  • Proficiency with accounting terminology

  • Credit union/financial services experience is an asset
