Saskatchewan pulse and oilseed producers sought for board positions

By Your Southwest Media Group

Saskatchewan Pulse Growers and SaskOilseeds are accepting nominations for board director positions, with terms beginning in January 2026.

Pulse growers directors serve three-year terms and may be re-elected twice. Oilseed board directors serve four-year terms and may be re-elected once. Elections will be held if nominations exceed three candidates for the pulse board or four for the oilseed board.

Directors attend board meetings, serve on committees, and represent their organizations at industry events locally, nationally and internationally.

To be eligible, candidates must have sold a qualifying crop within the past two to three years, paid the applicable levy, and not requested a levy return in the past year.

Nominations close Sept. 11. For information, visit saskpulse.com or saskoilseeds.com.
